Well, 2015 has been quite the year. Firstly, Katy and I were joined by the wonder that is our daughter Rosa. She has been a sheer delight, and we’re grateful to everyone who has offered us their time and support in her first year.

I had considered, with a baby on the way, perhaps making this year a quieter one but I’m so very glad that I didn’t- I made four new shows, had a completely sold out run at the Traverse,  won a Fringe First, did a UK tour, made my first couple of TV appearances and was number 20 in The List’s Hot 100, but, that all pales in significance, of course, to the best part of the year, as 2015 will always be the year that I discovered Jagged Little Pill by Alanis Morissette.

I just want to say a massive thank you to everyone who has made this year unforgettable: the artists I’ve worked with, the venues and companies that have housed me and of course to all the people who have taken time out of their days to come see my work- you’re all great.

Happy new year when it comes, I’m taking January off.
